 The site was previously the location of the company's small works department which closed in the 1990s to enable the firm to concentrate solely on house-building. With the land no longer required by the company, we set about securing planning permission for an 11,000 sq. ft office building, and construction commenced in 2004.
Providing 8 self-contained air-conditioned suites over two floors, the building occupies a prominent position fronting the roundabout at the Northern end of the Broadway.
